In effect, we were helped to 'fill in the blanks' via practical and professional advice whilst still maintaining the sense that it was very much our views which were the driving force. Very skilful eliciting of the initial brief/goal setting and extremely user-friendly input as and when needed. From start to finish was less than 48 hours. For some reason this aspect came as a total surprise. A very aptly-named service provider - highly recommended.
